  1. When you opt-into the service, you will receive a message to confirm you requested to sign up. Text RETIRE to 21299 to receive Transamerica's mobile alerts. Please note that message and data rates may apply. You will receive approximately 2 messages per month. Text HELP for assistance.
  2. You can cancel this service at any time. Just text STOP to 21299. After you send your message, you will receive a reply to your message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this text, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to subscribe again to the text service, follow the same steps you did when you originally signed up for the service.
  3. You understand that text messaging will not be used to notify you of any Documents available for download for any registered product.  
  4. Transamerica will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any text messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
  5. If you forget what keywords are supported or have any questions, text HELP to 21299. After sending this message, you will receive a response with instructions on how to use the service, including how to unsubscribe.
  6. Data obtained from you in connection with this text messaging service may include your mobile phone number, your carrier’s name, and the date time and content of your messages and other information you provide to Transamerica as part of this service. Transamerica may use this information to contact you and provide services you request from Transamerica. Transamerica may use an automatic dialing system to deliver text messages to you.
